Contact form and email
When you send us an enquiry through the form or by email, we use the data you entered (name, company, email, phone, sector and message) only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
We do not sell your data or give it to third parties, except to our hosting and email provider, which processes it technically on our behalf. We keep it as long as needed for the reply and our business relationship, and as long as the law requires.
Cookies and local storage
Without your consent, the website sets no cookies. Your browser only stores your chosen language (airspect_lang) and your cookie choice (airspect_cookies). These entries stay on your device and are not sent to anyone.
Only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) is loaded and sets the cookies _ga and _ga_Z5H13NSPWZ, which last up to two years. They are used for visit statistics: which pages are opened, for how long and on what kind of device. Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU and US Data Privacy Framework.
The map on the Contact page (Google Maps, Google Ireland Limited) is loaded only when you click Show map or if you have accepted cookies; Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Send your request to info@airspect.hr. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

Kontakt forma i e-pošta
Kad nam pošaljete upit kroz formu ili e-poštom, podatke koje ste upisali (ime i prezime, tvrtka, e-mail, telefon, sektor i poruka) koristimo samo da bismo odgovorili na upit i pripremili ponudu. Pravna osnova su radnje na vaš zahtjev prije sklapanja ugovora i naš legitimni interes da odgovorimo na upit (članak 6. stavak 1. točke (b) i (f) Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka).
Podatke ne prodajemo i ne dajemo trećima, osim pružatelju usluge hostinga i e-pošte koji ih za nas tehnički obrađuje. Čuvamo ih dok je potrebno za odgovor i poslovnu suradnju te koliko traže propisi.
Kolačići i lokalna pohrana
Bez vaše privole web ne postavlja kolačiće. U pregledniku pamti samo odabrani jezik (airspect_lang) i vaš izbor o kolačićima (airspect_cookies). Ti zapisi ostaju na vašem uređaju i nikome se ne šalju.
Samo ako prihvatite analitiku, učitava se Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) i postavlja kolačiće _ga i _ga_Z5H13NSPWZ, koji traju do dvije godine. Služe za statistiku posjeta: koje se stranice otvaraju, koliko dugo i s kakvih uređaja.
